We are seeking an administrator to support and assist Financial Planners in their day-to-day responsibilities. This role falls under the “First Line of Defence,” where accountability lies in identifying, assessing, controlling, and mitigating risks within the business area.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
•Processing new business and servicing existing business
•Liaising with Financial Planners to facilitate review meetings, new client meetings and pipeline business
•Liaising with clients, internal departments & providers where necessary
•Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and updating existing client records
•Producing valuations on both JHC Order Routing, Intelligent Office and provider websites
•Deal with daily post
•Preparation of handouts/reports for presentations and/or internal meetings
•Assist with manning the phones and general administration duties
•To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department
Qualifications & Experience:
•A Levels or equivalent.
•Experience of Intelligent Office preferred.
•Experience of customer service as well as general office duties.
•Appropriate experience of financial planning administration.
